ELI 2.0 is a high-level mentorship and training program focusing on Jewish education and pedagogy.

Students in 12th grade who have participated in at least three years of Madrichim are eligible to apply for the ELI 2.0: Educational Leadership Institute for the Next Generation. In addition to serving as Madrichim in a classroom, students are required to attend monthly workshops with Kulanu’s Director of Education and guest educators, and complete and present a capstone project.

ELI students who attend all ELI workshops, have a minimum attendance of 75%, and who complete a capstone project will receive an honorarium for their participation. Honorariums are intended to further personal Jewish growth.
